LegalTegrity is the secure, digital channel for confidential reporting of violations of the law, tailored to the needs and requirements of small and medium-sized businesses.
LegalTegrity enables you to report incidents confidentially or anonymously online or by phone. LegalTegrity is independent of the IT of your company. It is therefore impossible to trace back who the whistleblower is. The data is stored securely in the Cloud of Deutsche Telekom. Only those who are authorized to access the system have access to the information. No one else – not even LegalTegrity.
That depends: If your company has > 50 employees or generates more than EUR 10 million in sales per year or falls under §2 of the Money Laundering Act, you must offer your employees a solution for anonymous reporting of violations of the law within the company. According to the new EU regulation, which will be mandatory from end of 2021, your employee may directly go public unless there is no whistleblower solution. With LegalTegrity, violations of the law can be reported confidentially and anonymously. Whistleblowers can log in via the link on the company’s website and submit their report using predefined questions or free text. Additionally, photos or files can be uploaded. Before submitting the report, whistleblowers can decide whether they want to provide their contact information or remain anonymous. The platform works like a locker that can be accessed from two sides. Whistleblowers receive a PIN before submitting a tip, with which they can log back into the locker later. Companies thus have the opportunity to make inquiries. The locker can only be accessed by the whistleblower with the PIN and should therefore be kept in a safe place.

2 languages are included in our professional licence. Additional languages can be added for 29€/month per language.
That depends on the size of your company. In small companies it is often the owner or manager. In larger companies it is the CEO, COO, CFO or head of legal / personnel. Many of our clients also delegate this role completely or additionally to their lawyer, ombudsman or tax consultant. This ensures that incoming cases are processed on time even when the company’s internal system administrator is absent.

Many of our clients also delegate this role completely or additionally to their lawyer, ombudsman or tax consultant. This ensures that incoming cases are processed on time even when the company’s internal system administrator is absent.
The essential licence includes 2 accesses, additional accesses can be booked.
Yes, if you book LegalTegrity through your lawyer, he or she will automatically be entered as system administrator in the default settings. However, you can change this setting manually and also define additional system administrators. If you have booked LegalTegrity directly on our website, you have the option of simply telling us your lawyer and we will ensure that he/she is directly integrated into your new whistleblower solution.
Yes. When you book LegalTegrity through your law firm, you are automatically registered as a system administrator in the default settings. You will be informed about new incoming cases and can control case processing via the case management system.

Invoicing
Our pricing system is very simple: For companies <50 employees LegalTegrity costs 588€ p.a. For companies with 50 or more employees the licence costs 1,990€ p.a. From 2,990€ p.a. we offer the licence for enterprises with more than 1,000 employees.
The contract is concluded for 12 months. Your contract is automatically renewed for a further year unless you cancel it one month before the end of the respective contract year. It is important to us that you are satisfied with us – therefore we offer you a money-back guarantee for the first 3 months.
Safety
Your data is safe with us! The highest level of security for your data is a matter of course for us and an indispensable requirement for successful whistleblowing solutions. LegalTegrity is GDPR-compliant and the certification by TÜV and DIN ISO 27001 is currently being implemented. The system is hosted by Deutsche Telekom. Information on the cases can only be viewed and processed by the company’s system authorised personnel. Whistleblowers can use an individual PIN to view the data relating to their report and the company’s responses. Beyond that, nobody has access to the information.
Reports can only be seen by the person(s) with system authorisation. The person who is authorised differs from company to company and also depends on the size of the company: Usually it is the management, the head of legal affairs, the compliance officer or an external advisor of trust (lawyer, ombudsman, tax advisor, compliance consultant). We as platform operator have no access to the information.
Implementation / Process
LegalTegrity is ready for use immediately after booking. Since many of our customers do not have their own IT department, we have kept the process simple for you: You will receive a link from us to the whistleblower platform for your intranet or website. This can be easily used by a whistleblower without training. The same link will take your system authorisation staff to the case management system.
No, you do not need to install any software to use LegalTegrity. It is a simple plug-and-play solution that is accessible from any browser and does not require installation.
Within one week the company has to leave a confirmation of receipt in the locker. You may be contacted to investigate the case further. After 3 months at the latest, the company must inform you by leaving a message in the safe locker about how your report has been dealt with. Therefore, please keep the PIN in order to be able to log in again. If you have not been informed of the result after 3 months, you should take the case to the public. Your protection as a whistleblower is guaranteed as long as you do not go public with your report within these given deadlines.
Service
Yes, there are training documents and they are included in the price. LegalTegrity is very simple, intuitive and user-friendly. However, questions may still arise from time to time. With your booking you will receive dashboard access for your case management system and a tutorial in which all possible uses are presented once again in a simple and understandable way. You can try out all the steps in a test environment.

Yes, of course. Some of our customers book LegalTegrity and “hide” the link in a “sub-sub-page” of the intranet. This ensures the requirements of the EU directive. However, we recommend our customers to inform their employees about the introduction of LegalTegrity. In this way they can help to increase transparency and integrity in the company. For this purpose, we have prepared various patterns as a special service for you, which differ in the group of persons entitled to provide information, the type of request for information and the rules of the game applicable in the company.
