Making compliance simple
Whistleblowers have long not enjoyed a good reputation in Germany. Unjustly: they are enormously important for companies because, in the best case, they point out grievances in good time and thus prevent negative developments.
The Whistleblower Protection Act has been in force since 2 July – this means whistleblowers are now also legally protected. Whistleblower protection is also inextricably linked with ethical business practices, so it also has a global dimension. This is relevant, for example, with the new Supply Chain Act.
We have developed a digital whistleblowing and complaints system with LegalTegrity that makes it easy for medium-sized companies to provide their employees with a secure and confidential reporting channel for tips.
In the interview, Maraja Fistanic talks about the goals and vision of LegalTegrity.
