Addressing #MeToo Allegations in the Workplace: Practical Recommendations for Investigation
Studies show that there are a variety of #MeToo incidents – including in companies. The topic of sexualised or sexual harassment and violence is still taboo. Handling corresponding reports presents companies with particular challenges. We have therefore invited lawyer Dr. Carolin Weyand to our LegalTegrity webinar.
In the webinar, we will shed light on the key challenges surrounding the investigation of MeToo allegations, the legal framework, and the optimal conditions for internal reporting channels.
