Volker Werxhausen, Partner at CBH Attorneys, a specialist lawyer for employment law and business mediator (DAA) with 25 years of professional experience. HR departments of national and international companies find support from him in all employment law matters relating to daily business and project work. He specialises in company and business restructuring, strategic advice on company acquisitions and conversions, as well as compliance advice and litigation. Volker Werxhausen is the initiator of the whistleblower project at CBH Attorneys and has been familiar with the legal and technical issues of whistleblower protection for several years.
 
Kamil Niewiadomski, A partner at the law firm CBH Rechtsanwälte and a specialist lawyer for employment law. In addition to advising companies on daily HR work, his focal points lie in the area of litigation and the employment law support of company acquisitions. He has been dealing with whistleblower protection for several years and has assisted companies and organisations from the private sector, the public sector, sport and the church sector in the implementation of an internal reporting office, including collective law issues. He manages approximately 35 internal reporting offices and has supported a large number of reporting procedures in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.
