The works council is not even mentioned in the law. However, the role of the works council in the context of introducing whistleblowing systems and fulfilling the Whistleblower Protection Act is often unclear in practice. In this webinar, we want to discuss with you the co-determination rights of the works council in internal investigations and the operation of reporting systems in accordance with the HinSchG.
