Your professional expertise is based on several years of practical experience in various companies, particularly in the areas of organisational, leadership, and personnel development.

Peter Zawilla He is the managing partner of CORE Developing Culture GmbH and FMS Fraud & Compliance Management Services GmbH, which was founded in 2004. For over 20 years, he has focused on the practical design and implementation of effective and value-creating compliance and fraud management systems, including his role as Head of Special Investigations/Audit of Irregularities within the corporate audit department of a major German bank. 

Furthermore, he specialises in the professional uncovering of irregularities, the implementation of preventative measures, and the establishment and optimisation of compliance within companies. Throughout this, the „key factor of the human being“ and their behaviour has always been at the centre of his examination and consulting activities. 

Dr. Thomas Altenbach, CEO and lawyer at LegalTegrity GmbH, is a compliance expert with a passion for integrity and innovation. As a lawyer in the top management of international corporations and as a consultant for medium-sized companies, he became one of the most sought-after compliance specialists and a member of a UN expert group on corruption prevention.
