Claudia Homrighausen has been working in the legal department of DKMS Group gGmbH as a corporate lawyer since 2021, where she is responsible for governance, corporate law, general contract law, and funding projects. Previously, she was a legal advisor at the German Accreditation and Approval Body for Environmental Auditors GmbH in Bonn. She completed her law studies in Bonn and Cologne, and her legal clerkship in Aachen.
Roland Merta, has over 20 years of professional experience as a company lawyer in the automotive, chemical, and semiconductor industries. He worked for several international corporations before joining the family business Coroplast in 2017, where he established the legal department. He advises on all areas of international trade law, corporate law, as well as compliance and regulatory matters.
Christina Sontheim-Leven is passionate about developing and implementing a modern People Experience (formerly HR). With sound management knowledge in change management, restructuring, digitalisation and regulations, as well as extensive experience in leading and overseeing departments such as Legal and Compliance, and Audit, she brings a wealth of expertise. She has twice been among the Top 100 Corporate Lawyers in Germany. Her many years of corporate experience were most recently contributed as an Executive Board Member at the Cewe Foundation, and she is also a board member at LegalTegrity, among others, and on the advisory board of the Compliance Business Magazine.
Dr. Thomas Altenbach, CEO and lawyer at LegalTegrity GmbH, is a compliance expert with a passion for integrity and innovation. As a lawyer in the top management of international corporations and as a consultant for medium-sized companies, he became one of the most sought-after compliance specialists and a member of a UN expert group on corruption prevention.
