What was the initial situation? What challenges needed to be overcome?
We were looking for a product that would not only meet the legal requirements for the EU Whistleblower Directive but also our demands regarding usability, support, and sustainability. And all of this at an attractive price for any type of company.
What was your motivation for introducing a whistleblower system for your customers?
The motivation for us as a consulting firm arose from the following aspects:
- Enhancement of our service portfolio in the area of compliance,
- for customer satisfaction („all from one source“),
- as well as the possibility of selling additional services from our service portfolio.
What possible solutions have you considered for overcoming the technical or infrastructural challenge? (e.g. in-house development, third-party solution)?
For us, only a SaaS solution was an option.
How did LegalTegrity's approach differ from others? Why did you ultimately decide to tackle the challenge in partnership with LegalTegrity?
LegalTegrity's solution is designed with a minimalist approach, without compromising on user-friendliness and performance. The collaboration with the support team has been excellent and collaborative from the very beginning. Our test results were always taken into full consideration.
How did the integration (operational, structural, temporal, etc.) of LegalTegrity and the communication of this to your clients in relation to the solution work?
Even the initial contact (demo of the tool) impressed us, both technically and in terms of the people involved (the LegalTegrity team). We then took sufficient time to thoroughly test the tool. Our requests for adjustments/additions were addressed. We will soon be intensifying communication with customers and prospective clients.
Do you have any helpful tips for other consultants facing a similar challenge?
- Continuous improvement or further development ensures the longevity of one's own company.
- Consider customer satisfaction! Respond to your customers' wishes and give them feedback.
